Archaeopedia

Archaeopedia is a web-based encyclopedia of archaeology that is written collaboratively by volunteers from around the world hosted by Archaeoinformatics. Because Archaeopedia is a Wiki, articles can be edited by anyone with access to the internet.

This is a brand new site, and rules about articles; how they are written and organized; have not been defined. It would be best for users to restrict their additions to topics of which they are knowledegable. Luckily, as the pages can be edited by anyone, Archaeopedia allows for easy correction of information.
